For those who are serving at the gate we want you to be equipped and confident on the day and time you signed up to serve, here is the important information:

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your shift begins to ensure a smooth transition between serving teams. If you cannot make it that time please call ahead to the number listed below, if you are serving at the gate and the next serving team has not begun to arrive with 15 min to go please call that number also. Follow the link to find the day and time you signed up to serve, if you are unable to make it please contact us asap.

The daily responsibilities for gate attendants is listed in the "Gate Attendant" binder which will be available to you on the day you serve, we encourage you to flip through the pages marked important to familiarize yourself with the various passes and people to expect during the day.
 
In that binder is detailed instructions for Opening [7am-11am] and Closing [6pm-10pm] teams, please read through that carefully. Much of the information you need is in that binder, should you not be able to find an answer to the questions you have you may reach out to the contacts provided in the binder or contacts provided below
