Your primary responsibility is attendance and offering. When you are not counting attendance or offering, you are expected to aid the Sanctuary Lead in ensuring the safety of our people in the sanctuary.

Arrive by 7:45a for Crew Rally at 7:50.
Attend Ops Rally immediately following Crew Rally.
Wear a headset and radio set to Channel 7.
Wear an usher lanyard to be identifiable and approachable.
Get usher keys from Site Coordinator.
Ensure money bag and offering sheet is placed in counting office.
Introduce yourself to the police officer on site and be in contact with the officer over any safety concerns.
Recruit 4 ushers to take up offering in their respective sections for first service.
FOR FIRST SERVICE AT 8:30A AND SECOND SERVICE AT 10
Ensure everyone has a seat, including our late comers. Feel free to ask people to scoot to the middle of their rows to allow more room.
Take attendance by counting all people in the sanctuary and foyer.
Ensure Pastor's podium is moved to the stage during meet and greet.
Ensure all ushers are in place once offering message begins.
Secure all offering from first service in the money bag in the counting office.
Stand in the back of the sanctuary to monitor for any safety concerns within the sanctuary.
Between services, recruit 4 ushers to take up offering in their respective sections for second service.
FOR THIRD SERVICE AT 11:30
Ensure everyone has a seat, including our late comers. Feel free to ask people to scoot to the middle of their rows to allow more room.
Take attendance by counting people in the sanctuary, and foyer.
Ensure Pastor's podium is moved to the stage during meet and greet.
Ensure all ushers are in place once offering message begins.
Collect coffee shop donations.
Count offering with scheduled counter and document accordingly.
Take picture of offering sheet and send to Leadership team listed on offering sheet.
Ensure money and offering sheet are secured in the money bag and money bag is placed in the gray folder.
Send attendance numbers to the site coordinator and place connect cards in basket.
AFTER SERVICES
Stand near Pastor Brandon after each service.
Check in with site coordinator and Sanctuary Usher before you leave.
Return radio, headset and lanyard.
