The Video Director plays a critical role in creating an excellent and distraction-free visual experience for both the in-person congregation and those joining through live broadcast. This role focuses on ensuring seamless video transitions, clear communication, and alignment with the overall flow of the service.

Screen Content

  • Accuracy: Ensure all slides, lyrics, and media are accurate and match the order of service.
  • Timing: Transition slides and videos seamlessly to avoid delays or distractions.
  • Resolution: Use high-quality images and videos that fit the screen resolution properly (e.g., 1920x1080 for most screens).

Media Execution

  • Consistency: Maintain a consistent style across all slides (font, colors, and layout).
  • Cues: Follow cues precisely, ensuring that lyrics, sermon slides, and videos align with what's happening on stage.
  • Backup: Always have backup files or resources ready in case of technical issues.
