richmond CHECKLIST

Arrive by 8:40 am with a goal of tasks being completed by 9:15 am 

Check in with site coordinator and see if there is  a special element for the day that needs set up.

Check all 6 bathrooms and ensure all toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are all filled.

Check water jug in foyer (next to coffee shop) is at least halfway full. If not, please fill it at the coffee shop sink. 

Please check supply closet and inform your ministry lead if there are any supplies that we are low on. 

Water plants on the 2nd and 4th Sunday

On the 1st Sunday of the month please fill seatbacks with tithe envelops, connect cards, and pens. These items can be found in the black cabinet in the office.

All crew rally in the crew café with Pastor Eric at 9:25

Please plan to start closing items by 11:20am with a goal of being finished by 11:45am 

Gather trash from each room and replace trashcan liners.  Will need to check each stall in all of the restrooms.
 NOTE:  The classrooms for kids, the teachers should gather all of the trash and set outside the door for you.

Turn off TVs in each room.  NOTE:  the classrooms for kids should already have the TVs turned off, but please ensure they are, and if not, please turn off.

The mothers room and nursery both have space heaters in them, please ensure that those are turned off.

Please turn off the lights in each room including bathrooms & reset room. 

Please check the cleaning closet and inform your ministry lead if there are any supplies we are almost out of. It’s important to catch items that need to be ordered before they’re completely gone! 

Make sure all doors are properly latched and locked

Ensure the building is restored to excellence and ready for next week.
