Use one of our door stops to prop open our entrance doors as Crew members arrive.
Check to ensure all doors have been unlocked: COF closet, theater 1 (Sanctuary) 2 (Overflow), 4(Big Kids), 5 (Youth)
Door to upstairs needs to stay locked once you have your keys in hand. 
Perform a quick walkthrough/check of the building - including down the hall that we do not use, just past our closet and the restrooms we will be using.
Bring remotes (bigs, lils and WHN tv) downstairs along with radios and earpieces for head usher, safety volunteer (1st and 2nd service) and Community Lils (will need to check PCO to get assigned earpiece). Also, bring down Windex in case the front door needs to be cleaned. Place all of these on the black bench in our entrance foyer for easy access.
Review Service Notes in Planning Center (click Order of service> Site Coordinator> Details) - Be sure to distribute supplies.
Please check to ensure any trash outside of our entrance is picked up (sweep if necessary). 
Ensure that the Coffee Team gets two bottles of water and Coffee's creamers out of the fridge (in our closet).  Put creamers in cooler on the coffee cart and place the waters on pastor’s podium.   Be sure to grab the water before the kids setup gets underway, because access to the closet will be limited.- will be done by coffee crew
Setup What’s Happening Now television in the foyer - near coffee shop.
Turn TV on with television remote > top 'plate' of the apple tv remote will be use to navigate into  WHN  > Click the center of the top plate to connect the remote > click the center of the top plate to select PLAYLISTER (three lines with yellow arrow)  > WHN with date will display > Click the center of the top plate again > WHN image will display > Click the center of the top plate again to bring full screen
Make sure iPad is on the stand in the foyer to the left of the "Welcome Home" sign and turned to Information Center.  Click on More (lower right-hand corner) > Information Center 
Set out decorations (stored on coffee cart) on the tall-top tables and in both the men's and women's restrooms.
Check to ensure Kids check-in is setup (Community Big Kids Teacher)
Do a check of the sanctuary: Ensure the band is practicing around 8am (worship leader), that seat back pockets are placed in a checkered-pattern on the seats and tissues are out on the ends of every other row (chairs setup), ensure that the screen is on  and projection is working. (sound and media) 
Check to ensure breakfast is there and set-up by 8:30am
Check in with head Usher with any updates for that week - this is very important as they do not necessarily read the wrap-up.
During the winter months, the AMC manager will take care of putting down ice melt on the stairs and walkway areas.
@ 8:20 - help gather all Crew together with Pastor Eric to pray over the morning

@ 9AM 

Wear a radio and headset. (Channel 4) Headsets go to you, Safety, Head Usher and Community little kids in the back
Do a final walk-thru to ensure all set-up is done and to ensure all volunteers are accounted for and ready to serve.
@9:30a - Ensure sanctuary doors are opened and that the sanctuary is straightened and ready for guests.
Introduce yourself as the Site Coordinator for the day and connect with all department leads - including Community Kids teachers

SERVICE TIME: 

Do a final check of Community Kids areas to ensure they don't need anything.
Check to ensure front doors have been shut (First Impressions)
Close Sanctuary doors - 10 minutes into worship
Ensure the podium is placed on stage (with water bottle of the pastor) during prayer before offering (Head Usher)

AFTER SERVICE @ 12:10 PM:

Collect Connect Cards from First Impressions and Tell Us About Your Kid cards from Community Kids check in.  Place both in Gray Folder
Get total attendance count from Head Usher and break down by services
Ensure foyer speaker,  iPad and all Apple remotes are taken back upstairs and placed on the charging station
Teardown tall-top table and bathroom decor, place in the tote and store on top of the coffee cart. (check to ensure breakfast table and breakfast tote are also onto of the cart.
Ensure coffee cart is rolled down to the closet - if there is creamer on the cart,  ensure its placed in the fridge.
Ensure building is restored with excellence and COF space upstairs is organized.  This includes a final walk through of the building.
Ensure our closet has been shut and locked, and the tv's store behind the screen in theatre four, are in a locked position and NOT touching the screen.
Return keys to the cabinet upstairs
Ensure the gray folder with the money bag and mac bag (from sound and media) has gotten to a Community Of Faith staff member.
