Arrive by 8:15am and review "Service Notes" in Planning Center (Click Order > 503 Details > Review Today's, Gray Folder, and Supply Details). Be prepared to gather all Crew for a rally in the Youth room by 8:45am. 
Locate Gray folder and supplies in office and distribute anything in it based on the 503 Details in PCO.
Retrieve Site Coordinator office key from desk drawer, keep key on your person until the very end of day. * Office door is to be locked after offering is collected! *
Wear a radio and your headset. (Channel 4) Check to ensure Safety Volunteer and Head Usher also have radios.
Retrieve the COF branded flags from closet in Youth Room and place them outside in front of covered drive through. Return to closet once services have ended for the day. 
Make sure all crew volunteers arrive and positions are covered as listed on PCO.
Verify AC and/or heat is on and at the proper temperature. Stay attentive to temperature during services to see if it needs to be adjusted. Ensure that the Nest stays in COLD/HOT mode.
Please sweep up any flies that may be in the window sills.
Stock seat backs with pens, offering envelopes and Connect cards (Located in office cabinet).
Check the balcony to be sure everything is in place.
Place a bottle of water (stored in the kitchen refrigerator) on the pastor's podium.
Ensure TV is turned to What’s Happening Now.
Turn TV on with television remote > top 'plate' of the apple tv remote will be used to navigate into WHN > Click the center of the top plate to connect the remote > click the center of the top plate to select PLAYLISTER (three lines with yellow arrow) > WHN with date will display > Click the center of the top plate again > WHN image will display > Click the center of the top plate again to bring full screen.
Check to see the water jug (across from kitchen) is at least halfway full.  If not, please remove jug, fill it up from the sink in the kitchen and return.
During the winter months, put 'ice-melt' down on sidewalks if/when needed before and after services.
Introduce yourself as the Site Coordinator for the day and connect with all Ministry leads - including Community Kids teachers.

AS SERVICE STARTS

Confirm Sanctuary doors are closed once service starts.
Ensure the table and chair is placed on stage during prayer, before offering. (Head Usher)
Be a visible presence during service to address any issues or emergencies.

BETWEEN SERVICE

If any trash is full/overflowing, empty before Second service. 
Briefly check bathrooms for any supply needs (Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and trash).
Check in with all departments to confirm Second service Crew members have arrived. (Including Community Kids)
Stand in the foyer where you can be easily identified.

AFTER SERVICE

Stand in foyer during dismissal.
Confirm each area has been closed down by its crew members (Coffee shop, Breakfast, Greenroom, Community Kids/Nursery).
Take trash out to the dumpster in parking lot (Foyer, Coffee shop, Community Kids, Bathrooms, Kitchen), briefly scan sanctuary for any trash left. 
Stock soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper in each restroom for next week. 
Collect Connect Cards from Head Usher/ Gray Folder and give them to Alena Dangel. If she is not present, leave them in gray folder.
Collect "Tell Us About Your Kid" cards from Community Kids Check- In and place in gray folder.
Get attendance count from Head Usher, this should be broken down by 1st & 2nd Service. 
Return Site Coordinator office key to the desk drawer.
Please ensure gray folder is given to Pastor Alex. If he is not present, send with Carson Clark or Alena Dangel.
Verify Heat/AC is set back to the proper temperature. 75˚ in the summer, 60˚ in the winter.
Turn off all lights throughout the building, lock exterior doors once everyone has exited.
