WHAT IS COMMUNITY CAMP?
Our mission is to connect students to the person of Jesus. Community Camp facilitates this mission by fostering an atmosphere where Jesus is taught, sought after, and ultimately connected with. During this week, we will intentionally limit distractions with the goal of focusing on and developing the students’ relationship with Jesus.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment Deadlines:
#1: March 29 - $100
#2: May 10 - $100
#3: June 21 - $150
Total Cost - $350
All payments are due before or by the payment deadline. No extensions will be made unless previous arrangements have been made with your Campus Next Gen Coordinator before the date of the payment deadline. A reminder will be sent out to all families prior to the deadline. If your student has funds transferred to their account due to fundraising, this will reflect in your account balance through Church Center.
Making Payments:
All payments will be made ONLINE through the Church Center app.

- Select My registrations.
- Choose Community Camp 2026.
- Tap Make a payment.
- Select your payment amount.
- Complete checkout.
Refund/Transfer Policy:
There will be no refunds nor transfers of funds from one year to the next. If a student is unable to attend camp, funds that have been paid or earned through fundraisers may be allocated to another student’s account or will be placed in the general camp fund. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical issue or unforeseen family emergency. All funds that remain in the account after camp will be transferred into the general camp fund which will go toward operational costs for the following year.
In addition, once the initial $100 deposit is made, it is non-refundable and cannot be refunded for any reason.

FUNDRAISING INFORMATION
Providing the funds for camp is the responsibility of each student and their family. However, we are committed to partnering with families by offering fundraising opportunities at each campus to assist with the cost of camp. Students will be invited to participate in fundraisers put on by your campus and are encouraged to be creative with fundraising ideas on their own. Please contact your Campus Next Gen Coordinator if any of this is a concern for you.

CAMP COTUBIC
Camp Cotubic is packed with awesome activities — from ziplining and a massive pond to slip-n-slides, basketball, volleyball, and wide-open fields. There’s always something happening, and students have countless opportunities to jump in, connect with others, and make lasting memories.
Pre-order official camp merchandise! All students will receive a CONNECTED Community Camp t-shirt (not in the shop) as part of their registration. Additional merch items are available for purchase on our Bonfire store and must be ordered by Sunday, June 14. All pre-ordered items will be distributed to students when they arrive at camp.
