

What is Community Camp?
General Information
Our mission is to connect students to the person of Jesus. Community Camp facilitates this mission by fostering an atmosphere where Jesus is taught, sought after, and ultimately connected with. During this week, we will intentionally limit distractions with the goal of focusing on and developing the students’ relationship with Jesus.

Fundraising Information
Payment Deadlines:
#1: March 15 - $125
#2: April 26 - $125
#3: June 14 - $125
Total Cost - $375
All payments are due before or by the payment deadline. No extensions will be made unless previous arrangements have been made with your Campus Next Gen Coordinator before the date of the payment deadline. A reminder will be sent out to all families prior to the deadline. If your student has funds transferred to their account due to fundraising, this will reflect in your account balance through Church Center.
Making Payments:
*If you have not registered, please follow the instructions HERE. If you have already registered, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step 1: Go to your Church Center app.
– You can visit the link you originally used to register, or open the Church Center App and select your church.
Step 2: Log in using the same phone number or email you used to register your child.
Step 3: Select “Registrations.”
– On desktop: It’s in the main menu on the left.
– On the app: Tap your profile icon, then choose Registrations.
Step 4: Find your child’s camp registration.
– You’ll see it listed under “Upcoming” or “Past Registrations.”
Step 5: Click or tap the registration to open the details.
Step 6: Select “View Payment History” or “Make a Payment.”
– You’ll see your current balance and a Pay Now button.
Step 7: Enter your payment information and submit.
Refund/Transfer Policy:
There will be no refunds nor transfers of funds from one year to the next. If a student is unable to attend camp, funds that have been paid or earned through fundraisers may be allocated to another student’s account or will be placed in the general camp fund. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical issue or unforeseen family emergency. All funds that remain in the account after camp will be transferred into the general camp fund which will go toward operational costs for the following year.
In addition, once the initial $125 deposit is made, it is non-refundable and cannot be refunded for any reason.

For Community Camp 2026, fundraising will be done at each campus. The responsibility of fundraising will mainly be on the students, with support from your Campus Next Gen Coordinator. Students will be invited to participate in fundraisers put on by your campus and are encouraged to be creative with fundraising ideas on their own. We will work with you in whatever way possible to see that each student is able to attend Community Camp 2026. Please contact your Campus Next Gen Coordinator if any of this is a concern for you.
