Since 2016, I have had the privilege of serving Eastern Indiana and Western Ohio communities as a physician with Reid Health Neurology Associates in Richmond, Indiana. During my tenure at Reid Health, I have had the opportunity to serve in various leadership roles including Subspecialty Section Chief and Chair of the Medical Care Evaluation Committee, and I am currently serving as a Medical Staff Officer. I received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Indiana in 2002, completed my doctorate of medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine in 2012, and subsequently completed Neurology Residency training at Vanderbilt University in 2016.
My family and I have attended Community of Faith since March 2017. For several years, I have had the opportunity to serve as a worship leader at the Eaton campus, and more recently the Richmond campus. I live in Richmond, with my wife (Ryan) and 3 children (Maddux, Avery and Reed).

DAVE FURLONG
Owners, David & Pam Furlong bought Fitzwater Tree & Lawn Care in 1998 generating $437K in revenue with 6 employees. Pam joined the business 10 years later to support the growing office. In 2022, they sold the business to employees. Today, David remains President leading the company for 32 years with 130 employees, $16.2M in revenue in 2023 and updating the company name to Fitzwater Outdoor Maintenance to better reflect the full breadth of services provided. David is the definition of a servant leader personified. Since taking the helm of Fitzwater, his mantra has remained steadfast to always meet and strive to exceed the needs of customers, for employees to go home safe to their families and to continuously give back to the community. He is a decisive driver always willing to try new avenues, listen to new ideas and expand Fitzwater’s footprint and legacy in the community. They are heavily involved in their church, co-lead Community Christmas for those in need and give back to the community in countless ways. David and Pam have been married 35 years, have one son Jacob, married to Ashley and a two-year old granddaughter, Olivia. David is an avid hunter and fisherman and his favorite place to be outside of work is fishing Lake Erie and now side business as Captain of Tangled Mess Fishing Charter.

Don Burns’ career spans decades, demonstrating success in sales and marketing across industries. His significant role at a $3 billion medical device company stands testament to his ability to handle complex strategies. Don holds a Bachelor degree in International Business from Oklahoma State University. Now, Don is a leading real estate figure in Tulsa, managing a large team and delivering results using his strategic and personable approach. He is a proud husband to Denise, who serves on staff at Rhema Bible Church, and they have two adult sons. Living in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Don seamlessly balances professional and personal life.

Isaac Shepherd is the managing partner of HeritagePoint Financial Group, a general agency with the companies of OneAmerica®. As managing partner, Isaac is responsible for the recruitment, development, and growth of the producer field force.
With over 18 years of experience working in the financial services industry. He and his business associates help Midwest individuals, families and businesses maintain financial stability while preparing for their futures. Isaac believes in providing local service, which fuels his passion for supporting and sponsoring local youth through athletics and local 4-H groups.
Isaac has the following licenses: FINRA series 6, 63, 7, 24, life and health insurance, and accident. He also holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Anderson University and is a graduate of Twin Valley South High School.
When Isaac isn't working, he spends time with his wife, Cassie, and children, Sawyer, Savannah, and Sullivan. They enjoy anything they can do as a family, especially participating in church activities with Lewisburg COF which they have been attending since 2019, the kid’s sports, and exploring the outdoors.
