Arrive by 4:00p and review Service Notes in Planning Center (click Order of service> Site Coordinator> Details)
Grab keys from the lock box and use to ensure sure all exterior doors are unlocked.
Turn on all lights: Foyer (switch is located outside just inside the front door, outside of the office, inside the Comm Kids entrance) in each Comm Kids Classroom, Crew Cafe, Mother Baby Room and restrooms
Checking restroom supplies and stock - four up-front and two in the back by Crew Cafe (keys located on the shelf in the office).
Locate Gray folder and supplies in office and distribute anything in it based on the Service Notes in PCO.
Wear a radio and your headset. (Channel 4) Check to ensure Safety Volunteers and Head Ushers also have radios.
Place a bottle of water (stored in the office) on the pastors podium. Use small bottles of water.
Ensure TV is turned to What’s Happening Now.
Turn TV on with television remote > top 'plate' of the apple tv remote will be use to navigate into WHN > Click the center of the top plate to connect the remote > click the center of the top plate to select PLAYLISTER (three lines with yellow arrow) > WHN with date will display > Click the center of the top plate again > WHN image will display > Click the center of the top plate again to bring full screen

Turn on all TVs - Foyer (remote in the office) Mother Baby Room (remote on the back of the tv) Crew Cafe (same remote as the foyer) nursery (remote on the back of the tv), in the upper room (remote on the back of tv)
Bring all tall top tables - with scubas to the foyer/outside (weather permitting) for name tag Sunday. Place on top: name tags, sharpies and campus signs.
Check to ensure the water jug in the foyer (next to coffee shop) is full. If not, please remove jug, fill it up from the sink in the coffee shop and return.
Ensure flags are placed outside at the entrance to the parking lot (they are located in the stairwell just inside the front door)
Gather with the site walkthrough at 5:15p and the rally at 5:20p (in the sanctuary).
Ensure sanctuary doors are opened by 5:30p.
Check with Connections Coordinator to ensure all crew positions are covered as listed on PCO
Check in with fellowship team to ensure they have what they need.
Introduce yourself as the Site Coordinator for the day and connect with all ministry leads - including Community Kids teachers
Check in with the head usher (foyer and sanctuary) to ensure they have all they need.
Do a final walkthrough to ensure all departments are covered.
AS SERVICE STARTS
Check to ensure side and back door are locked during service and unlocked as soon as service is over. (Safety)
Ensure both safety crew members are in their posted locations - at the enterence of Community Kids (near restrooms) and near check-in
Remove name tag material from the tall top tables and move them back to storage.
Ensure coffee shop is able to shift into self serve for after-service fellowship.
Ensure all sanctuary doors are closed at 6:10p
Ensure the table and chair is placed on stage during prayer, before offering. (Head Usher)
AFTER SERVICE
Stand in foyer during dismissal.
Ensure post service fellowship is prepared.
Get total attendance count from Head Usher.
Ensure all apple remotes (mother's and sanctuary) are placed on the charging stations.
Please ensure gray folder is given to Becca N.
FINAL WALK THROUGH
Ensure all space heaters in mother and baby rooms are turned off.
Walk through the sanctuary to ensure - trash is up and that there are no spills to report.
Ensure Crew lanyards have been returned (campus leadership will be responsible for getting theirs back from volunteers)
Ensure each area is straightened up and that the trash was taken out (Coffee shop, kids rooms, bathrooms, kitchen).
Ensure soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper are stocked in each restroom for next week.
Ensure radios are on the chargers in the office and that the lights are on.
Ensure all TVs are turned off - listed above.
Ensure all lights are turned off.
Ensure all exterior doors are locked when you are ready to leave.
Ensure the building is restored to excellence and ready for next week.
