“For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” Romans 12:4-5 (NIV)

About WeCare

WeCare is a ministry with several layers that serves two main goals: to intentionally facilitate connection and to help fulfill the needs of our people.

WeCare People consists of volunteers who can help you get plugged in with the church body through connection with The Crew or a Community of Faith Connect Group.

WeCare Services are means by which volunteers are able to provide a need and help others walk through challenging times in life.

Below you will find information/forms for different areas of WeCare, such as Meal Train, Prayer Requests, Care/Visitation, etc.

Community of Faith offers meals for up to two weeks to families dealing with challenging circumstances or in transition.

If you or a family member you know would like to be signed up for meals to be delivered to your household, please fill out the form below.

If you would like to send us a prayer request, please click the link provided below and fill out the Prayer Request Form.

When someone is hospitalized or dealing with a prolonged illness, a member of the WeCare team or staff will visit to encourage and pray with them and the family.
